The Honest Body was born from years of walking alongside women through life’s most tender and powerful seasons—perimenopause, pregnancy, postpartum, and all the moments in between that no one warns you about. With over two decades as a Pilates instructor, personal trainer, doula, and wellness educator, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply women crave genuine, honest support.
This journey comes from a love for movement, mindset, and the belief that showing up with kindness and presence matters more than striving for perfection. My mission is to create spaces, both virtual and in person, where women feel seen, strong, and truly supported—because you deserve to be heard and celebrated exactly as you are.
